· The prices displayed on our website may differ from prices that are available in our stores as there can be additional expenses on services, packaging or delivery etc.

· There can be instances where information on our Website or in our communication or any other platform that may contain comparative differences, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. ZAI HABITAT reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
ZAI HABITAT does not warrant that this Website will be constantly available.
SHIPPING & PACKAGING
· We at, care@zaihabitat.com have an endeavour to make your shopping experience seamless & enjoyable. We put in best of our resources on to it to ensure that every product in your order is in the best condition and it reaches you within the time stipulated by us. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy’s have been formulated to achieve the above.

Normal Delivery: By Surface Transport which takes up to 7-10 business days
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping Charges For All Orders Below Rs.5000 will be Rs. 250 | Shipping Charges For Orders Above Rs.5000 and Below Rs.20000 will be Rs. 500 | Shipping Charges For Orders Above Rs.20000 will be decided on a case to case basis and will depend on the location and the type of goods.
Special Handling / Packaging Charges will be Applicable on Furniture, Lighting, Wall Mirrors, Glasses, Dining Ware & Fragile Goods. Our Store Managers, Customer Care & Corp. Office shall be delighted to extend all support on the same.
Express Delivery: By Air/ Road/Special Mode which may take up to 3-4 business days or as per the details we shall arrange from the Shipping Company. The Charges for the same shall also vary with the load and the destination which shall be provided to you post which the goods shall be transported.
PACKAGING
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage during handling and Transit to your destination. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets and air cushions to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed with a tamper and weather proof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition. If you find any kind of discrepancies, or if the package is upon delivery looks tampered with or damaged, please contact our Customer (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or email us at care@zaihabitat.com
PAYMENT POLICY
We at http://www.Zaihabitat.com offer multiple modes to make payments for your order. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards /Net Banking transactions / Wallet Payments. All your information remains confidential & secure as our trusted payment gateway is compliant with the highest standards in the payment processing security as per the rules Governed by the applicable & jurisdictions under the Indian Laws.
RETURN POLICY
A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:
- A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the details of the same as selected during order confirmation.
- If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.

If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery. Mention you remarks on the slip brought for acknowledgement by the delivery personal for records and take a picture of the package and the slip with your remarks to be sent to us to our customer care.
To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please read through the return process, along with the guidelines that need to be followed.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY:
- No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
- Given the nature of our products, we at http://www.Zaihabitat.com reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any issue(s) as we deem fit & essential. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
- In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency http://www.Zaihabitat.com will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
- Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in Store(s).
- Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery. Mention you remarks on the slip brought for acknowledgement by the delivery personal for records and take a picture of the package and the slip with your remarks to be sent to us to our customer care.
RETURN PROCESS:
- Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery by calling our Customer Service at care@zaihabitat.com (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or mail us at care@zaihabitat.com. You can also submit your Return Request by signing into 'My Account' and filling the 'Submit a Support Request' form, to initiate the return process.
- . You will be asked to mail a good quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to we care@zaihabitat.com. (Pl. Ref to point (c) above for a faster process). Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
- We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 working days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse.
- Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 7 days of receiving it. Read further for important details.
POINTS TO REMEMBER:
- Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.
- Product should be unused and in the original condition.
- Product shall be returned for against a Store Credit which will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.
- http://www.Zaihabitat.com reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a Store Credit. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
- Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in our stores.

REFUND POLICY:
- All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds will be made in form of Store Credits or through the same mode of payment as in the order placement.
- Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they can be redeemed after 24-48 hours of issue.
- All other refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card. All online refunds are processed within 7 working days. Any NEFT transactions takes about 5 days to get fully processed, however, for Credits Cards the refund amount will show in your next billing.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hrs of placing the order or and prior to the shipment of the order. However if the request is made at a time when the product it is already in transit, the charges for the shipment / packaging if special packaging has been done shall be charged and deducted from the refunds.
- The customer needs to raise a cancellation request to the Customer Service at care@zaihabitat.com (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) as well mail us at http://www.Zaihabitat.com. We will refund the amount by the same mode the customer paid the same will be refunded by store credits.
DISCLAIMER:
All conditions as mentioned above may not be implied by laws and are limited to the durations and conditions as mentioned and http://www.Zaihabitat.com shall not liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, human injury or loses including but not limited to loss of business, profits or use whether in an action in contract or based out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product. In continuation to the above, the conditions shall not affect the other provisions and also the customer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.
