EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

  1. Given the nature of our products, we at http://www.Zaihabitat.com reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any issue(s) as we deem fit & essential. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

  2. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

  3. In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency http://www.Zaihabitat.com will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

  4. Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in Store(s).

  5. Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.  Mention you remarks on the slip brought for acknowledgement by the delivery personal for records and take a picture of the package and the slip with your remarks to be sent to us to our customer care.



RETURN PROCESS:

  1.  Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery by calling our Customer Service at care@zaihabitat.com (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or mail us at care@zaihabitat.com. You can also submit your Return Request by signing into 'My Account' and filling the 'Submit a Support Request' form, to initiate the return process.

  2.  You will be asked to mail a good quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to we care@zaihabitat.com. (Pl. Ref to point (c) above for a faster process). Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

  3.  We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 working days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse.

  4.  Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 7 days of receiving it. Read further for important details.

POINTS TO REMEMBER:

  1. Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.

  2. Product should be unused and in the original condition.

  3. Product shall be returned for against a Store Credit which will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.

  4. http://www.Zaihabitat.com reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a Store Credit.
