RETURN POLICY

A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:

  1. A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the details of the same as selected during order confirmation.

  2.  If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.

  3.  If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.  Mention you remarks on the slip brought for acknowledgement by the delivery personal for records and take a picture of the package and the slip with your remarks to be sent to us to our customer care.
