CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hrs of placing the order or and prior to the shipment of the order. However if the request is made at a time when the product it is already in transit, the charges for the shipment / packaging if special packaging has been done shall be charged and deducted from the refunds. 

2. The customer needs to raise a cancellation request to the Customer Service at care@zaihabitat.com (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) as well mail us at http://www.Zaihabitat.com. We will refund the amount by the same mode the customer paid the same will be refunded by store credits.
